A buffet breakfast is included in the above rates from 07h00 to 10h00 daily in the dining room. Please ensure that you arrive before 10h00.
One bath towel per person or guest will be issued on arrival or as per request received from guest at reception between 07h00 and 21h00. Swimming towels on request.
All bedding, linen and blankets are included and provided in all rooms, excluding camping where guest must provide their own equipment and bedding.
CHECK OUT time at 10h00 and CHECK IN time at 12h00. You will be charged by the hour, if you failed to check out by 10h00. If other guests wait for your bed, we will have the right to pack your bags.
CHILDREN: New born to 2-years will not be charged and must share a bed with one of the parents and or both parents in case of a double room.
Children between 2 and 8 years will be charged at 50% of the normal rates and have their own bed. Identification will be required to verify ages.
We have lockers in all the rooms. If required, please ask the manager on duty to assist you with a personal safe to lock away any valuables during your stay with us.
PLEASE NOTE: The advertised internet daily rates will ALWAYS apply and be considered the CORRECT rates. Guests and agents should ensure that they have these updated rates
We reserve the right to increase and or adjust our rates at any time without notice due to factors out of our control, such as Government announcements and increases regarding service delivery

Note: We offer a FREE pick up from ORTIA (OR Tambo International airport) or PARK STATION (the central bus and train station) when you stay with us! All other transfers and drop offs will be charged at the set rates for the required trips.
